Your business means the world to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or miss-etched product, please contact our customer service team at 312-778-8800, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST, within 5 days of receipt to discuss credit and replacement options.

Engraving
At Cristaux, we strive to ensure that your artwork is etched perfectly, exactly as you have approved it.
Damages
Claims for breakage must be reported to the carrier within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Preserve all cartons and packaging for inspection and following the necessary steps on our Support Page.
Important Return Information:
- All returns must have an RMA number from customer service before returning any items.
- Replacements will not be shipped until the exchanged merchandise is received.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- No refunds or exchanges will be granted without an RMA number.
- We are not responsible for any returns received without an RMA number.
- Use a major carrier for returns and provide us with the tracking number.
Please note:
- Return all products in like-new condition with original packaging.
- Engraved, imprinted, and customized products are not returnable or refundable.
- Non-engraved and non-custom imprinted products in new and resalable condition may be returned for a full refund, less a restocking fee of up to 25% and all return shipping costs.
